Our commitment

Hansolbio wants this website (lab.hansolbio.com) to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Our target is Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, covering browsing formulas, contact and quotation forms, and sample ordering. This is a target we are working towards; we do not claim that the website fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA.

Current status

An independent accessibility audit of the website has not yet been carried out. Parts of the website do not yet meet our target.

Known limitations

  • Some text, including small print in consent and legal notices, may be too small or may not have enough colour contrast.
  • Some interactive components, such as the formula composer, the event shortlist, filters and menus, may not fully support keyboard-only use or screen readers.
  • On small screens or at high zoom levels, some content may be cut off or may need horizontal scrolling.
  • Some images and videos may not yet have complete text alternatives or captions.
  • Some features are provided by third parties, including the Shopify checkout, PayPal, HubSpot forms, meeting booking (Calendly and HubSpot), video players (YouTube and Vimeo), maps and chat apps. Their accessibility depends on those providers.
