MOQ
What is MOQ?
Minimum Order Quantity — the minimum production quantity required for manufacturing.
What is the standard MOQ?
It varies by product category and packaging type, and is shown on each product page.
What is the MOQ 1,000 programme?
Selected formula + packaging combinations can be produced at lower minimums, helping brands launch faster and with lower investment.
Does a lower MOQ affect quality?
No. Products made under the MOQ 1,000 programme follow the same quality-control standards as larger runs.
Formulation
Are the library formulations ready for production?
Yes — most formulations in the library are production-ready and can be customised to your branding.
Can I customise a ready formula?
Yes. Ingredients, fragrance, colour, texture and claims may be adjusted depending on project requirements.
Can I request a completely new formulation?
Yes. Our R&D team can develop a custom formulation from your concept.
How long does development take?
Generally 1–2 weeks; custom formulas may take up to 3 weeks.
Samples
Can I order samples before production?
Yes — samples can be requested directly from the product page.
How many samples can I request?
One order includes up to 5 pieces of formulation in R&D sample bottles (10–20g). You can add more as needed.
Packaging
Can I use my own packaging?
Yes, after a compatibility and production-suitability assessment.
Can packaging be customised?
Yes — colours, decoration methods and printing can be customised depending on MOQ.
How do I know which packaging works with a formula?
Compatible packaging is shown on each formulation page.
Concept Library
What is a ready-to-launch concept?
A pre-developed brand idea including product positioning, formulation recommendations, packaging direction and branding inspiration.
Can I use a concept exclusively?
Exclusivity may be available depending on the project scope and commercial agreement.
Production, regulatory & shipping
Can you provide COA and MSDS?
Yes — after production we can provide COA, MSDS, CFS, ingredient lists and other export documentation.
How long does production take?
Generally 6–10 weeks after formula approval, packaging confirmation and deposit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — by air, sea and courier. Standard Incoterms: EXW.
