What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts at 1,000 units per SKU for most formulas, with better unit pricing at the 3,000 / 5,000 / 10,000+ tiers. Packaging and customization can affect the minimum; we confirm the exact MOQ on your quote.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Every formula in our library can be sampled: you receive 5 free samples (7–10 ml each) per formula and pay only $20 handling & packing per formula, plus the shipping shown at checkout. Samples for a Custom Formula project are covered by its development fee.
What are the production lead times?
Standard production is about 8-12 weeks after formula sign-off and artwork approval; sampling and regulatory steps are scheduled in addition.
How much can I customize (OEM / ODM)?
Use a ready formula as-is, adjust texture, scent, actives or benefits (ODM), or co-develop a brand-new formula (full OEM). Packaging, decoration and secondary cartons are all configurable.
What packaging and decoration options are there?
